This picture’s been up for two days now and no one has commented. Why?
As for me, I will say this. I’m not crazy about the color. It lacks vibrancy and it’s not worthy of her peerless talent. I’m disappointed by it.
Just my humble opinion.

I’ve often wondered about her connection with Colcci; does she feel an obligation of sorts with them since they are her nation’s big brand? While some of her shoots with them have been good, I wouldn’t put them in the same category with her higher end contracts.
Speaking of which, most/all of her early year contracts from last year have fallen to other girls. Versace, Rampage, True Religion. I’d like to think that her sponsorship pull is as strong as ever, but any guesses as to her next major label contract? I really miss her.

I wonder about her relationship w/ colcci as well. From articles I’ve read they are mutually loyal to one-another. She is friends w/ the designer and she makes sales go up. so they are both equally happy, lol.
as for her other contracts, well she couldnt shoot a versace campaign with a pregnant belly, lol. so its not like they were fallen, rather, she wasn’t an option.
I wouldn’t douby seeing another versace or dior in the future,since the designers love her. also Dolce & Gabbana again. and lets not forget the surprises she likes to give us every year, it seems. (had no idea about Loewe,rampage,true religion,london fog,etc..) last year. It seems she always gets a new campaign she has never modeled for once a year. we’ll see I guess.

I absolutely love the last work she did with Stefanel. Incredibly sexy shoot with Testino.
I hope she’ll be something at that level again soon.
